Dr. Hong Jia is working in epidemiology and statistics area. She is member of member of China Society of biostatistics, and member of Council of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. Dr. Jia expertizes in studying epidemic and intervention of chronic diseases. She was responsible for study on epidemic of diabetes among chemical factory workers; epidemic of cancer in Luzhou city. Dr. Jia is now doing some research on secondary prevention of type II diabetes. Also, she is doing some exploratory research on curriculum reform of preventive medicine.
Dr. Jia has published many papers on epidemological and statistical topic. She is the chief editor of “SPSS Introductory Guide” and “Introduction of Medicine Research Methods” published by Luzhou Medical College. She is the vice chief editor of “Mediccal Statistic” and “Scocial Medicine”.
