Dr. Xiue Fan has background in computer science. And she studied in School of Public Health, University of California in 1996, doing research on health informatics. Dr. Fan expertizes in data management, data utilization and sharing. She is now responsible for several research, including “public health data center research”, “research on standards, norms of public health resource integration and sharing”, “research on technology of public health data exchange”, “policy research on public health data sharing”, “research on data utilization of health risk factors”, “development of emergency response system”and so on.
