SONIC Director Noshir Contractor recently presented SONIC research on the mining of digital trace data, how algorithms can be used to assemble teams, and how algorithmically infused workplaces can influence and impact issues at a two-day conference celebrating the official launch of the Center for Human-Computer Interaction + Design.
